- Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 24 hours.
- Other governorates in Egypt: Delivery within 3–7 days.
- International orders: Delivery within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except in cases of an error on our part.
- Customers can inspect their order before payment upon delivery.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Additional fees may apply for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all tags and original packaging.
- Exchanges are available for size issues or manufacturing defects.
- Exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of manufacturing defects or an error on our part.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided the item meets the same conditions above.
- Sale items and custom-made orders are non-returnable.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
