At Mohra, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a clear and smooth exchange and refund experience.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Exchanges are allowed in case of:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item has a defect.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must meet the same conditions stated above.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Sale items
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- If the item has a defect or an error on our side:
- The item will be exchanged, or
- A full refund will be issued at no additional cost.
