At Mohra, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide a clear and smooth exchange and refund experience.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Items must be:
  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In their original condition
  3. With original tags and packaging
  • Exchanges are allowed in case of:
  1. Size issues
  2. Manufacturing defects
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing are not eligible for exchange.
  • Shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item has a defect.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must meet the same conditions stated above.
  • Refunds are not available for:
  1. Sale items
  2. Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the item is inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • If the item has a defect or an error on our side:
  1. The item will be exchanged, or
  2. A full refund will be issued at no additional cost.
